Lending

Capital for developers and investors, when the bank says no — or says it too late.

We provide bridge loans and mortgage-backed loans secured on Spanish real estate, and we back opportunistic deals. Our capital, our decision, our timeline: indicative terms within 48 hours, funding in 2–4 weeks.

Since 2017  ·  €160m+ of deals reviewed  ·  €200k – €1.5m per loan

Bridge loans

Short-term liquidity secured on an existing asset: acquire before the bank closes, complete an auction, refinance maturing debt, release equity or cover a licence window.

Mortgage-backed loans

12-month loans to companies, secured by a first-ranking mortgage on real estate. Release equity from an unencumbered asset, fund works or a change of use, or working capital for a developer with assets but no bank line.

Opportunistic deals

When a plain loan does not fit: mezzanine or preferred equity behind a bank, joint ventures with developers, distressed purchases, partial stakes, assets with a problem to solve.
